Nothing too much trouble, the venue met needs well. The very helpful staff made it a pleasurable place to stay. We got a suite which was perfect. The location was quiet - near to Fond du Lac and interstate 41, the construction in the immediate surrounding area and an industrial park.

The location is particularly good and absolutely perfect, really close to an industrial park, Fond du Lac and old downtown - couldn't be better.

The hotel was fairly clean with very helpful and respectful staff, it met needs. The property was in an UNBEATABLE location short walk to the electrical outlet, the construction in the immediate surrounding area and lake-shore park.

Stay here and enjoy your Fond du Lac weekend. The hotel has brand-new and immaculately clean rooms with the bathroom and TV and the tub. The staff are excellent, and the owner too.

I recently stayed at Microtel Inn & Suites in Fond du Lac for a few days during the Oshkosh EAA fly-in. Conveniently located near the interstate and the event venue, it was the perfect choice. The staff was accommodating, despite the high demand during the fly-in, with early arrivals and late checkouts. I enjoyed sitting in my warm room, sipping coffee and tea, while watching old movies like "Jenny Latour" from 1947. The hotel was also conveniently located for walking to thrift stores like Salvation Army and Goodwill, as well as a bus ride to the lake-shore park and downtown area. The breakfast offered a good selection including cereal and coffee, and it was interesting to meet athletes from Minnesota and construction workers from El Salvador and Mexico. despite the wild party at night resulting in some disruptive guests, my stay at Microtel was a unique and enjoyable experience.

I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

As a backpacker, I really liked the recently finished suites at this property. They were beautifully done and provided a much-needed facelift for the rooms. The breakfast area was clean and well-run, and I enjoyed having coffee and juices available at all times. The location was perfect, with easy access to the highway and close proximity to everything.

Felt like part of the family, no complaints.

Maid service was poor on the second day. Took used towels, but didn't leave clean towels or make the bed. Better on day 3.
